One of the best things about working in a Primary school is the huge amount of time off in the summer. Next week my "holidays" will begin and I'll be free to do all sorts for about a month. I have so many different projects planned you've no idea.

Anyway, I'm currently home from work for a different reason at the moment. My Mum just had surgery on a hernia and so I'm looking after her. She can't really do much for the next few days, so I'm doing pretty much everything. At the moment she's on the sofa in pain, but is playing Animal Crossing. So she is quite content.

It will be a few weeks before she is properly healed. So I'll have an at home buddy. We are actually looking quite forward to spending time together, despite the pain she is in.
